Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning & Deployment: Forecast labor requirements based on project timelines and site schedules.
- Coordinate the mass movement, transport, and deployment of labor teams to various sites.
- Track workforce allocation metrics to optimize utilization rates and prevent labor shortages.
- Onboarding & Induction: Manage the orientation, site induction, and integration process for newly mobilized workers.
- Ensure all personnel receive mandatory health, safety (OSHA), and operational briefings before starting work.
- Compliance & Documentation: Verify labor contracts, visas, work permits, and certifications to guarantee legal compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date worker databases, attendance logs, and mobilization tracking spreadsheets.
- Logistics & Welfare Management: Oversee the site accommodation, catering, and medical care logistics for mobilized labor forces.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving worker grievances, welfare issues, or site disputes.
