Responsibilities Lead with Expertise
- Provide expert oversight and management of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and industry best practices.
- Champion Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, higher authorities, and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain rigorous project execution plans, adhering to KEC's SOPs and striving to exceed client expectations by delivering projects ahead of schedule.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience successfully managing all MEP aspects of complex construction projects.
- Deep understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
