Key Responsibilities
Knowledge of injection moulds design, hot runner systems (YUDO). CAD Software (2D/3D) GD&T and Engineering Drawings Mold Materials and Heat Treatment Knowledge Problem-solving (RCA, Why-Why, CAPA) Leadership and team management Planning and coordination skills Basic understanding of machining and tooling Analytical Thinking Communication Skills Innovation & Continuous Improvement Qualification Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering CIPET or equivalent Institute. Experience 4–6 years of experience in Plastic Injection Mold Design. Experience with automotive, electrical, consumer goods, or engineering plastic components preferred.
