About this role
- Manpower Planning: Drive hiring plans aligned with project requirements, mobilization schedules and business growth.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead hiring up to Chief Manager level across Engineering, Projects, Construction, Procurement, QA/QC, EHS etc.
- Project Mobilization: Ensure timely deployment of critical manpower as per EPC project timelines, including rapid ramp-up requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Project Heads, Functional Heads and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements and close positions within agreed TAT.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain talent pools for critical/niche EPC skills and future project requirements.
- Team & Vendor Management: Lead the TA team and manage recruitment consultants, agencies and other sourcing partners.
- TA Metrics & Cost: Monitor TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, cost per hire, quality of hire and agency effectiveness , driving continuous improvement.
