About this role
- Execute route alignment, detail, check & cross-sectional surveys for transmission lines.
- Fix benchmarks, transfer coordinates & levels using DGPS / Total Station.
- Perform peg marking, foundation & single-stub setting.
- Carry out center line marking and levelling using all survey instruments.
- Prepare survey drawings in AutoCAD 2D and coordinate calculations.
- Supervise foundation layout and coordinate with teams.
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma in Civil / Surveying.
- 8-10 years’ experience in transmission line projects.
- Strong expertise in DGPS, Total Station, AutoCAD 2D.
- Experience in route alignment, detailed and check survey as well as prop-setting of stubs.
- Previous experience in Africa is preferred
