About this role
- Handling OSD Plant Machines breakdown I.e (Compression/ Granulation/ Coating) Handling other engineering equipment in the OSD manufacturing facility through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, while ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor critical parameters and ensure timely maintenance.
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for specialized maintenance.
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain equipment history cards and maintenance records.
- Analyze breakdown trends and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance work orders.
- GMP & Documentation Follow cGMP, SOPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and data integrity requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, logbooks and equipment history.
- Support preparation and revision of SOPs, preventive maintenance procedures and checklists.
- Participate in investigations related to equipment breakdowns, deviations and CAPA.
- Support qualification/validation activities such as DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ wherever applicable.
