Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers on workforce planning and people initiatives. Lead onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes. Manage learning & development programs and training compliance. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and maintain annual training plans. Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. Maintain HR records, training data, and audit-ready documentation. Support employee engagement and internal communication activities. Coordinate HR compliance, audits, and labor-related processes. Generate HR and L&D reports to support business decisions.
