Job Title: Apartment Maintenance TechnicianJob Description: Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and general upkeep across residential properties in the Columbus area.
Responsibilities
- Perform apartment maintenance, punch-outs, and general repairs.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical work.
- Repair walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, lighting, and other property components.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Travel between assigned properties as needed.
- Document completed work using basic computer systems.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of residential or building maintenance experience.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Basic HVAC/mechanical experience is a plus.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple work orders.
- Comfortable working in apartments, halfway houses, recovery housing, and other community residential settings.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
