Onsite: This position will work onsite at our Taiwan base with occasional travel to support other site.
Major Responsibilities but not limited
- Chiller Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform Chiller testing, installation, data analysis, and advanced hardware/functional troubleshooting.
- Equipment Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and daily operational support for testing equipment.
- Supplier & Assembly Integration: Partner with Supplier teams to construct and validate all Chiller product series.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with CS, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve technical issues and sustain high quality.
- Testing & Documentation: Execute manual and automated test cases, debug, log software/hardware defects, and build/maintain standard SOPs/testing documentation.
- Special Projects: Manage supervisor-assigned initiatives while adhering to strict confidentiality and corporate ethical standards.
- undefinedBasic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronic Communications, or related engineering fields. Soft Skills & Leadership: Self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team facilitation skills; ability to work independently across global functions. Communication: Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical problems clearly through presentations and persuasive communication.
