This role requires to be on-site in our office in Warsaw, Poland for 3 days per week.
Your Role
In your role as Senior Regulatory, Quality and Safety Data Specialist, you will govern and improve critical regulatory, quality and safety data across its lifecycle. You act as a Business Data Steward, translating business and health-authority requirements into clear data standards, ownership models, quality rules, controls and remediation plans.
Working with global business and technology stakeholders, you will embed governance into processes, systems and data products; strengthen definitions, metadata and information models; and support compliant regulatory data and submissions aligned with xEVMPD, ISO IDMP and eCTD 4.0.
You coordinate cross-functional delivery, improve operating models, assess technologies that reduce manual effort and strengthen controls, and mentor colleagues while helping advance the RQS data strategy.
Who You Are
- Degree in science, regulatory information, data management or technology
- 5+ years in pharma, IT or services, with 3+ years in Regulatory Affairs or Operations
- Business Data Steward experience in data standards, quality and ownership
- Hands-on Veeva Vault RIM expertise; knowledge of xEVMPD, ISO IDMP and EMA SPOR
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-alignment skills
- Fluent English; multicultural experience desirable
