About this role
How do you help make a difference? As an Application Owner, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of SNCB applications in terms of performance, stability, coherence, lifecycle, availability, integration, and user-friendliness. You act as a subject matter expert for the applications within your portfolio, advise IT colleagues and business stakeholders, support functional analysis activities, and ensure knowledge sharing and effective use of the applications.
What is your role at Ypto?
- You act as an escalation point for incidents, problems, and service requests within the application portfolio and support operational teams in resolving functional escalations.
- You document implemented solutions and provide support before, during, and after production releases.
- You assume end-to-end responsibility for managing, monitoring, and maintaining applications throughout their lifecycle, ensuring continuity, availability, optimal functionality, and integration with other applications.
- You create and manage the application portfolio backlog and roadmap, coordinate change implementations across sprints and releases, and align priorities with strategic objectives and Business Process Owners.
- You advise Business Process Owners and IT Management on projects and portfolio evolution, coordinate issue analyses, and act as a point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
- You manage interactions with suppliers, including supplier and contract management activities, RFP processes, and version-related follow-up.
