- Awen Neo (Talent Attraction Specialist) Trade Planning & Analytics Coordinator The role supports the planning, execution, and improvement of trade initiatives across channels, working with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective program delivery.
- It analyzes performance and provides actionable insights to optimize trade investments, improve execution, and support commercial growth.
- As Trade Planning & Analytics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following: Trade Program Execution & Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of national trade programs across HTS and RMC categories in CVS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and successful implementation of trade initiatives.
- Trade Program Analysis & Business Insights: Monitor program performance and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess effectiveness and return on investment.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve trade execution, optimize investments, and support business decision-making.
- GT Contract Management & Analysis: Support GT contract planning and performance monitoring.
- Analyze outlet coverage, contract compliance, and investment productivity to identify opportunities to strengthen execution and improve ROI in the GT channel.
- POSM Planning & Execution: Coordinate POSM design, production, and deployment across channels, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely execution, brand consistency, and effective in-store visibility while monitoring costs and implementation quality.
- Cross-functional Coordination & Business Support: Collaborate with Commercial Planning, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to align priorities and resolve execution issues.
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reports and support business projects while adapting effectively to changing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within the FMCG industry; Trade Marketing experience is a plus.
- Hands-on project management experience, particularly in marketing-related projects, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong data analysis skills, with good organization and time management capabilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
