(1) Salesforce Test Automation Engineer
- Automate the agreed Sales Cloud and FSC workflows (for example lead creation and conversion, account and contact updates, opportunity stage progression, campaign members and pipeline views)
- Write dependable locators for Lightning and LWC pages, including Shadow DOM, and build reusable page components
- Create data-driven tests using synthetic or masked data, and set up and clean up test data safely in the sandbox
- Configure self-healing and run controlled application-change scenarios agreed with the client to show it working; capture the results
- Handle authentication for automation users, including MFA, in line with the approach the client approves
- Execute suites, analyze failures, separate product defects from flaky tests, and report pass rate, stability and execution time
- Document the suites and contribute to the run-book; follow the client’s security and VDI rules at all times
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- 4–7 years in UI test automation, with at least 2 years on Salesforce Lightning applications
- Hands-on Playwright with JavaScript or TypeScript, or Selenium with Java or Python and a willingness to move to Playwright quickly
- Good understanding of Salesforce objects such as leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities and campaigns, and of standard Salesforce data setup
- Page Object Model and data-driven design; Git; clear test reporting; basic SQL
- Skill in diagnosing flaky tests and unstable locators
- Comfort working in Agile teams and with an onsite lead across time zones
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with AI-assisted or self-healing test tools, or Provar, ACCELQ or Copado Robotic Testing
- Salesforce data setup through REST API or SOQL; CI tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Insurance or financial services domain exposure; Salesforce Administrator certification
(2) Integration/API Test Automation Engineer (Mulesoft / AWD)
- Design and automate API tests for the MuleSoft layer: request and response checks, field-level mapping and transformation, and error handling
- Validate flows that start in Salesforce and pass through MuleSoft to downstream systems, then reconcile the final outcome back on the Salesforce record
- Test file-based and batch integrations over SFTP: file creation, format and schema checks (CSV, XML, fixed-width), pick-up timing and reconciliation, organized as batch or day-wise suites
- Build service virtualization for systems that are not reachable in test, including an SFTP file-drop simulator for AWD-style status files; tools such as WireMock or Hoverfly, or small Node services
- Work with the Salesforce automation engineer to chain steps into end-to-end suites, handling polling and waits for asynchronous results
- Prepare synthetic test data, check results with SQL or API calls, and keep clear evidence for the client readout
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- 5–8 years in API and integration test automation
- REST and SOAP, JSON and XML; tools such as Postman, REST Assured or Playwright API testing; scripting in JavaScript, TypeScript or Java
- Experience testing file-based or batch integrations (SFTP, scheduled jobs, file formats) and asynchronous patterns such as polling and queues
- Hands-on use of at least one service virtualization or mocking tool
- Strong SQL for data checks and reconciliation
- Ability to read integration specifications and data mappings and turn them into test cases
GOOD TO HAVE
- MuleSoft Anypoint, DataWeave, RAML or OpenAPI; Salesforce REST API or Platform Events
- AWD, BPM, workflow or document-imaging systems; message queues; AWS S3
- Insurance or financial services domain exposure; CI tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
GOOD TO HAVE
As above
