DescriptionThe Sr. Information Security Analyst supports and maintains the functions of the Information Security Program. This role serves as a subject matter expert in one or more cybersecurity domains including Governance, Risk & Compliance, Endpoint/System Security, Network Security, Data Security, and Identity & Access Management. The position is responsible for evaluating, implementing, maintaining, and improving security controls, conducting risk assessments, monitoring security systems, administering security technology, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The individual will oversee security monitoring activities, vulnerability management, access controls, security awareness initiatives, and data protection programs while providing technical guidance to team members.
The role also participates in vendor risk reviews, implementation of new security technologies, and ongoing security program improvement efforts. This position requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills along with experience supporting enterprise information security operations. The responsibilities for the subject matter expert for Identity and Access Management may include the following activities:
- Manage the Identity Governance and Administration tool and all integrations
- Security of identities and privileged accounts and all necessary technology including privileged access management, password vault, multi factor authentication and identity detection and response
- Establish and maintain role-based access and separation of duties
- Subject matter experts should be crossed trained across multiple domains to provide back up and assistance to other areas as needed
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of new solutions for the credit union- Provide technical guidance to other team members.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of conducting risk assessments and testing of controls.
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: governance, risk and compliance, endpoint/system security, network security, identity and access management and/or data security.
- Skilled in configuring, deploying, and monitoring corporate security tools.
- Familiarity with Incident Response processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management lifecycle.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Ability to use discretion when handling confidential information.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $86.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
