About this role
Seeking an Epic MyChart IT Specialty Analyst to support the design, build, testing, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of patient-facing Epic solutions. This individual will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to enhance digital patient engagement while ensuring platform stability and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current Epic MyChart certification and hands-on Epic build experience.
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Knowledge of MyChart workflows including patient scheduling, eCheck-In, patient messaging, video visits, account management, and patient communications.
- Experience working with Ambulatory, Prelude, and/or Cadence applications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, stakeholder engagement, and documentation practices.
- 3+ years of relevant Epic application experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Care Companion, MyChart Bedside, Community Connect, Campaigns, or Welcome.
- Exposure to patient-facing AI solutions, chatbot integrations, or digital engagement platforms.
- Additional Epic certifications in Ambulatory, Prelude, or Cadence.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
