Job Title: Warehouse Worker | Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | $24/HR

Job DescriptionAs a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that packing slips are printed accurately, and fixtures, graphics, and other materials are pulled, packed, and staged to reach customers undamaged. You will communicate with the shipping department following customer requirements and company guidelines. Operating a forklift and cherry picker will be essential for order picking, and you will also handle inbound finished goods, customer orders, and returns, including quality control, inventory updates, material stocking, and inventory location assignments.

Responsibilities

• Print packing slips and pull fixtures, graphics, and other materials.
• Pack and stage fixtures, graphics, and materials to ensure they arrive undamaged to customers.
• Communicate with the shipping department based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Utilize forklift and cherry picker for order picking.
• Process inbound finished goods, customer orders, and returns, ensuring quality control and inventory updates.
• Stock materials and assign inventory locations.
• Report any discrepancies to the Fulfillment lead.
• Participate in materials management, including kit breakdown, cycle counting, and handling material obsolescence.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in computer operation, Inventory management, and RF scanner usage.
• Experience in cycle counts, shipping and receiving.
• Forklift operation and order picking skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/Shipping software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift order picking experience.
• Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
