Job Title: General Warehouse Worker | WEEKLY PAY

Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in a bustling environment. This role involves picking and preparing tires for shipping, managing incoming truck loads, and later, operating a cherry picker to move pallets. Flexibility in tasks and cross-training in various warehouse functions such as Customer Pick Up, Shipping, Mount and Balance, and shrink wrapping is essential. This position offers long-term employment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Pick tires and prepare them for shipping.
• Put away truck loads as they arrive.
• Scan tires for DOT information and place them on a conveyor belt.
• Operate a cherry picker in the future to pick tires and move pallets.
• Engage in Customer Pick Up, Shipping, Mount and Balance, and shrink wrapping tasks.
• Participate in cross-training across different warehouse areas.

Essential Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with at least 6 months in a warehouse or similar role.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds at least three times per day, with most picks being 20-30 pounds.
• Flexibility to work until tasks are completed, which may extend work hours during peak seasons.
• Proficiency with warehouse tools such as RF scanners and order pickers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in moving companies or furniture installation is advantageous.
• Must pass drug tests and experience checks upon hiring.
• Openness to learning and performing various tasks within the warehouse.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
