Electronic Assembler @ Aerotek

Job Title: AssemblerPay: $19 -$21Job DescriptionJoin our team as an Electronic Assembler and contribute to the assembly and sub-assembly of computer hardware components. You will work in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are key.Responsibilities

• Assemble, sub-assemble, and finish products according to safety, security, quality, and productivity standards.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to assemble computer hardware components.
• Verify components against order items and ensure accuracy.
• Complete tasks as per production schedules with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Conduct basic math calculations and record any non-conformances.
• Perform visual quality inspections and communicate suggestions and feedback.
• Load and unload materials onto or from a cart.
• Use a torque screwdriver to assemble computers and servers.
• Collaborate with other team members for wiring and further assembly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• 1 to 3 years of assembly experience.
• 1 to 3 years of hand tool experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with a good understanding of computers and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is beneficial.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
