What You'll Be Doing
- Operate stand-up, sit-down, and high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Supply production lines with the materials needed to maintain workflow.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Place inventory in warehouse racking using high-reach equipment.
- Perform accurate material movement while minimizing product damage.
- Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and forklift operating standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating high-reach, stand-up, and/or sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment.
- Warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to safety and awareness in a busy material-handling environment.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a union-supported environment.
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM3rd Shift: Monday Night-Thursday Night, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Work Environment
This position operates within a warehouse and production facility with regular forklift traffic and active material movement throughout the shift. Operators work with high-reach equipment in racking systems and support both warehouse and production operations. The facility is not climate controlled, so temperatures may vary throughout the year. Appropriate PPE and industrial work attire are required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.13 - $23.13/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
