Schedule
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders
- Load/unload trucks and assist with shipping & receiving
- Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks
- Use RF scanners, iPads, and warehouse systems to track inventory
- Receive products, stock inventory, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup
- Verify order accuracy and complete shipping documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist customers and support overall warehouse operations
Requirements
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
- Experience with shipping/receiving, order picking, or warehouse operations
- Comfortable using RF scanners and basic technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Preferred Experience
- Warehouse, distribution, logistics, inventory, or material handling
- Pallet jack operation
- Order fulfillment, packing, loading, and receiving

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Rosa, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
