- Operate various production and packaging machines safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform computer input tasks and assist in the control room to support production operations and monitoring.
- Handle materials, including loading, moving, and organizing products and supplies throughout the facility.
- Carry out general labor duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs, staging materials, and maintaining work areas.
- Use a tape measure accurately to verify product dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality, identifying defects and reporting issues promptly.
- Support corrugated production processes and packaging activities as needed to meet customer requirements.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging, and results-driven environment while meeting production goals.
- Collaborate with teammates in a respectful, team-oriented manner and contribute to a positive work culture.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $47840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
