Why Work Here? You will join a modern, safety-focused manufacturing organization that invests in clean, well-maintained, and temperature-controlled facilities. The company emphasizes organization, safety, and operational excellence, offering a structured environment with clear processes and multiple break areas for employees. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of production lines and products, gain cross-functional experience between packaging and formulation, and be part of a team that values flexibility and teamwork. The organization provides strong employee benefits and a stable workload across different shifts and locations.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates in two types of facilities: a modern, very clean, and recently remodeled site with a smaller workforce, and a larger, high-volume site with more lines and a busier pace. Both facilities are temperature controlled and divided between the production floor and warehouse. The modern facility is highly organized, with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and well-ordered inventory and supplies, and typically has about 1015 people on first shift and fewer on second.

The larger facility houses a few hundred employees across shifts, has more production lines and equipment, and can feel more chaotic due to the volume of work and personnel. It includes security checkpoints at the front and multiple break rooms for employees. In both locations, the chemicals used are not harmful, and operations include manufacturing, bottling, staging, and shipping products. Standard first shift at the Chicago Heights location runs Monday through Thursday with 10-hour days, with mandatory Fridays and optional Saturdays, typically totaling around 50 hours per week (for example, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

Second shift typically runs Monday through Friday, for example from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Employees are expected to wear steel toe boots and other appropriate personal protective equipment, and to be comfortable working in a production setting where flexibility, multiple responsibilities, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
