What You'll Do
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum components
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Read and follow work instructions
- Work with a team to meet production goals
- Help with general shop duties when needed, including cleaning and loading materials
What We're Looking For
- At least 1+ year of MIG welding experience
- Aluminum welding experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to assist with other shop tasks as needed
- People who graduated welding school can be considered after review

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
