Job Title: Solar General LaborerJob DescriptionSeeking Solar Laborers to support construction and installation on a large-scale solar farm. You will work with pile, racking, or module installation crews in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pile, racking, and solar module installation
- Unload, stage, move, and organize construction materials
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure components
- Measure and align materials according to project specifications
- Perform general construction, site cleanup, and material handling
- Walk long distances across uneven terrain and repeatedly lift 2530 lbs.
- Follow all safety procedures and daily production expectations
Qualifications
- 1+ year of construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on uneven terrain and walking throughout a large jobsite
- Solar, racking, module installation, or electrical experience is a plus
- Dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX 78264.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
