Employees enjoy a strong work-life balance with 1st shift hours available, as well as a generous paid time off program that includes 3 weeks of PTO after one year. The culture emphasizes collaboration, diverse backgrounds, and a shared commitment to doing the job right, not just fast.
Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a large, open parts distribution center that handles a wide variety of agricultural equipment components and products. The facility includes extensive storage areas, active forklift traffic, and semi-trailer loading zones, requiring consistent awareness of surroundings and adherence to safety protocols. You will work primarily on 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the expectation of some mandatory overtime as needed. The environment brings together people from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working toward a common goal of delivering high-quality, error-free orders.
