- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Summary
As an Assembler, you will build products ranging from simple electrical cords to complex mobile generator systems. You'll work with wiring, electrical components, and hand tools while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. This position offers a clean, team-oriented environment where employees are trained, supported, and given opportunities to expand their skills.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and mechanical products according to specifications and work instructions.
- Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical connections accurately and safely.
- Strip, route, and connect wires using proper tools and techniques.
- Utilize hand tools including screwdrivers, tape measures, wire strippers, and utility knives.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, functionality, and accuracy.
- Follow production schedules and maintain productivity goals.
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures.
- Support team objectives and assist with various assembly projects as needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
