What You'll Do
Enterprise Services (ES) was established in 2022 to provide efficient, resilient, and scalable services to support the evolving needs and complexities of a more digital BCG. ES brings together business-critical operations - such as Business Intelligence & Analytics, Procurement & Payables, Global Finance Operations, and Executive Support Services - alongside specialist expertise including Real Estate, Travel, and Meetings & Events. United by a common service mindset, ES enables every BCGer to focus on the work that matters most by giving time and energy back through streamlined, reliable service delivery.

The Global Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) team is building enterprise capabilities that simplify information delivery, modernize reporting, and provide advanced analytics that enable better business decisions across BCG.
You will lead end-to-end delivery of innovative Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) solutions, turning complex and sometimes ambiguous business needs into practical analytics products that work. From early ideation and requirements gathering through solution design, resource planning, rapid iteration, and delivery, you will take accountability for bringing BI solutions to life and ensuring they deliver the intended outcome for stakeholders to take and roll out to their teams.
Working at the intersection of business needs, data, and technology, you will help teams experience what effective BI&A delivery looks like. You will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand their challenges, recommend the right approach, and mobilize the resources needed to deliver. As part of this work, you will help establish new relationships with Enterprise Services and BI&A, creating a strong foundation for longer-term partnership with our broader delivery teams.
- Lead BI initiatives end to end, from ideation and requirements through scoping, resource planning, delivery, iteration, and adoption.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into practical BI solutions spanning datasets, dashboards, reports, workflows, automations, and applications.
- Recommend fit-for-purpose BI technologies based on customer needs, data requirements, interactivity, scalability, cost, and delivery considerations.
- Direct cross-functional delivery resources, including internal teams and external partners, while maintaining accountability for quality, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and customers, balancing business priorities, technical considerations, available resources, and budget constraints.
- Advance our evolving BI roadmap, including modernization from legacy Tableau solutions toward Power BI, Sigma, and other appropriate platforms.
- Explore practical uses of generative AI in analytics, distinguishing where AI-enabled experiences can improve access to insights and where more deterministic BI approaches are required.
- Capture lessons from delivery and customer feedback, partnering with BI&A leadership to improve platforms, standards, and future ways of working.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience delivering complex Business Intelligence and analytics solutions, ideally in consulting or similarly client-focused environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern BI platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or comparable technologies.
- Proven ability to lead BI products end to end, from requirements and solution design through delivery and rapid iteration.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and the underlying data structures needed for scalable, reliable analytics products.
- Confidence advising senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and balancing customer needs with technical, resource, and budget considerations.
- Working knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with data engineering and technical teams.
- Practical experience exploring emerging analytics capabilities, including generative AI, with sound discernment about where different technologies add value.
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the BI&A Enablement squad within the BI&A product portfolio, part of BCG’s broader Enterprise Services organization. Within BI&A, you will work closely with BI developers, data engineers, data architects, product owners, and external delivery partners to bring solutions from concept through delivery.
Cross-functionally, you will also partner with product managers, Scrum leads, UX and UI designers, and delivery and engagement managers. Working across these groups, you will connect business needs with the right technical and delivery capabilities, helping teams navigate new BI&A engagements and building the foundation for successful longer-term partnerships.

For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.
