Job Description
In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience
Strong Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems) domain expertise with hands-on experience in service fulfillment, service assurance, inventory management, order management, and network provisioning.
Full Stack application architecture and development experience using:
Frontend: Angular and/or React
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
RESTful API design and development
Experience designing and implementing microservices-based enterprise applications.
Expertise in Java ecosystem, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL technologies.
Strong understanding of OSS integrations, middleware, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
Experience leading solution architecture, technical design reviews, and development teams.
Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs and telecom industry standards.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and technical leadership capabilities.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience with BSS/OSS transformation programs for Tier-1 telecom providers.
Exposure to Telecom technologies such as:
Fiber Networks
Mobile (4G/5G)
IP/MPLS Networks
SDN/NFV
Knowledge of OSS platforms such as:
Netcracker
Amdocs
Nokia
Ericsson OSS
ServiceNow Telecom modules
Experience with cloud platforms
AWS
Azure
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience implementing observability solutions using Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and event-streaming platforms.
Exposure to AI/ML-enabled network operations, predictive maintenance, and network automation initiatives.
DevSecOps and security architecture experience.
TOGAF, SAFe, AWS/Azure Architect, or TM Forum certifications.
Experience with offshore/onshore team leadership and large-scale digital transformation programs.
Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
