We are partnering with a growing Cambridge-based organisation to recruit a proactive and collaborative HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with managers and managing a varied employee relations caseload within a fast-paced, scaling business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability matters.
- Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and guidance to managers.
- Support investigations, hearings and formal HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
- Assist with HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with strong employee relations expertise.
- Confident managing ER casework independently.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, growing or scaling organisation.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable managing changing priorities.
- Collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is essential
