Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a long standing and trusted manufacturing organisation who are currently looking to recruit a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a service led organisation who strives to put the customer at the centre of everything they do. You will be responsible for order processing and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work for a growing organisation with in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Administrator
- Providing an effective and comprehensive service to customers
- Processing customer orders within agreed timescales
- Answering customer enquires via phone and email
- Providing excellent product knowledge (training given)
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Full training will be provided
- Strong IT Skills
- Customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
