London Victoria (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home)
Fixed-Term Contract (6-12 Months)
Salary - £48,000 - £52,000
We're working with a fast-growing international business who are looking for a German-speaking People Operations Executive to join their People team on a fixed-term basis.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting German payroll and employee lifecycle processes, who enjoys working in a detail-focused environment and takes pride in delivering an excellent employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end monthly German payroll processes
- Supporting German employees with payroll, benefits and
HR-related queries
- Administering onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Working closely with payroll and benefits providers
- Ensuring payroll and HR compliance with German regulations
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience processing German payroll
- Knowledge of German employment legislation and payroll regulations
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with HiBob
- Experience with Remote payroll
- Multi-country HR or People Operations experience
