Any sector Recruitment Background
The successful candidate must have recruitment experience with a strong sales background. Commercial recruitment experience would be an advantage, although we will consider candidates from other sectors who have the right skills and drive.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing a busy 360 recruitment desk
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Winning new business opportunities
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Delivering a high-quality service to both clients and candidates
About you
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Full UK driving licence required... Car available for all branch visits ect that's is shared by the team
