We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in the next phase of our growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven biller within the construction/built environment sector who is ready to step into a strong No.2 position and help shape the future of a fast growing business.
We are looking for a self-starter with an established client network who can generate strong gross margin revenues while supporting the growth and development of future hires within the business.
The Role You will be responsible for developing and maintaining your own client base, delivering consistent billings and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. This role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to build something that you will play a major part in shaping.
