Job Title: Traveling SuperintendentJob DescriptionWe are seeking a strong superintendent to join our team for the completion of large mixed-use apartment buildings on the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multifamily and basebuild construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage subcontractors in the field.
- Create and manage project schedules effectively.
- Complete daily reports and conduct meetings with the client team.
- Maintain project budget and oversee material orders.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in multifamily/basebuild construction.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction supervision.
- Experience with commercial construction and interior renovation.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and schedule management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Ability to manage large project supervision budgets over $30 million.
- Experience with office interiors and tenant improvement (TI) projects.
- Strong safety management skills.
Work EnvironmentThis role involves working on-site with the project team on a large project site with significant work being completed. The position supports the Baltimore office and reports to leadership in Virginia Beach. The work environment offers significant project exposure and opportunities for company growth.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58.00 - $63.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
