What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building automation and HVAC control systems.
- Work with digital and pneumatic controls, sensors, valves, actuators, and dampers.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and control drawings.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment, generators, automatic doors, and timekeeping systems.
- Perform system calibrations, airflow balancing, and preventive maintenance.
- Develop and modify control system programming to improve building performance.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience with HVAC and building automation controls Experience troubleshooting digital and pneumatic control systems Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints Knowledge of HVAC, low-voltage, and electrical systems Experience with generators, control devices, and mechanical systems Valid driver's license

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
