Order Picker @ Aerotek

We are hiring Order Picker's in Vaughan, Ontario on DAY SHIFT!

What You'll Do

• Complete warehouse and safety training during your first few weeks
• Move carts and totes around the warehouse
• Unload and sort bins coming from trucks
• Check returned products and separate garbage
• Use compactors to dispose of waste safely
• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and iPads
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared for shipping
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• Comfortable using an iPad or handheld device
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting (most items are around 15 lbs)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable and safety-conscious

Nice to Have

• Experience in a distribution centre or logistics warehouse
• Healthcare warehouse experience (an asset)

Break Schedule

This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, order-picking, shipping/receiving, or general labour experience who are looking for long-term growth and stability. Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM - 6:00 PMPay: 18$/h

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vaughan, ON.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.60/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
