What You'll Do
- Set up and operate cable manufacturing equipment
- Monitor production and perform quality inspections
- Read blueprints and work instructions
- Conduct measurements and product testing
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Support daily production and safety initiatives
What We're Looking For
Machine operation experience in manufacturing Blueprint reading and measuring skills Basic troubleshooting ability Strong attention to quality and safety Ability to lift, stand, and work in a production environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
