Job Duties
- Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely throughout the facility
- Receive and store raw ingredients and packaging supplies
- Pick and transfer materials to production departments as needed
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
- Move finished goods to warehouse racks and shipping docks
- Load and unload products accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate discrepancies
- Utilize ERP systems to complete warehouse tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow food safety and forklift safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Reach Truck experience required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Work Environment
- Food production and warehouse facility
- Temperature-controlled environment (approximately 45°F)
- PPE required, including hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, gloves, and safety glasses
- Steel-toed boots required
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
