  • Coaching experience at the High School/Middle School (where applicable) level preferred
  • Valid R. I. Coaching Certification
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written
  • Successful interview with Selection Committee
  • Must successfully complete a BCI check
  • Must be willing to complete the RIIL coaches education program which includes the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course.
  • Must attend the Chemical Health Meeting with student athletes.
  • Must attend the annual coaches meeting.
