•Coaching experience at the High School/Middle School (where applicable) level preferred •Valid R. I. Coaching Certification •Effective communication skills, oral and written •Successful interview with Selection Committee •Must successfully complete a BCI check •Must be willing to complete the RIIL coaches education program which includes the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course. •Must attend the Chemical Health Meeting with student athletes. •Must attend the annual coaches meeting.
