Butcher required in Finglas, Dublin 11.
Duties include
- Preparing, cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning meat.
- Operating butchery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and quality control.
- Preparing meat products according to customer and production requirements.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
