Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the business runs efficiently.
- Supervising staff, preparing duty rosters, and monitoring team performance.
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Monitoring cash handling, tills, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards.
- Supporting the implementation of promotions and sales initiatives.
- Handling customer concerns and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Monitoring operational costs and supporting business targets.
- Managing in-store systems and acting as the main point of contact for operational or technical issues. Candidate Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline (minimum Level 7).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, retail management, or food service management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems and reporting is an advantage.
