Requirements
Minimum of two years relevant experience. Previous Chef de Partie experience is essential.
Key responsibilities will include
Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient using spices, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full time role. Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
