Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative II serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role works closely with Executive Sales, Production, Quality, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders and verify pricing, shipping, and billing information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, billing, and shipping issues.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, monitor delivery status, and communicate updates to customers.
- Support sales activities, maintain customer records, and generate routine reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of customer service, order management, or administrative experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills with accurate data entry abilities.
