- Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare quotes independently within the company's system;
- Conduct comparative analyses of prices and routes;
- Update and manage the quote database (Power BI);
- Support the development of pricing strategies based on data and trends;
- Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal departments;
- Assist in the preparation of bids and major commercial proposals;
- Contribute to updating the Pricing SharePoint site.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Logistics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields);
- Desired experience: 2 to 3 years in areas such as Pricing, Logistics, Commercial Planning, or Customer Service (experience with quoting processes and ability to interact with commercial and operational teams);
- Intermediate Excel and Power BI skills;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Knowledge of air, sea, and road transport;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
