Job Overview
- We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented *Part-time Dental Hygienist* to provide preventive oral care and support a positive patient experience.
- The hygienist will work with patients of varying ages and needs, collaborating with dentists and the dental team to deliver safe, thorough care.
- Applicants must hold the required dental hygiene license for the state of practice and maintain any applicable certifications.
- We are currently hiring for Thursdays from 2:00-7:30, Fridays from 8:30-1:30 and one Saturday per month from 8:30-2.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and preventive treatments within the scope of licensure.
- Review patients? health histories, identify relevant concerns, and document findings accurately.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and preventive care.
- Take and review dental radiographs as permitted by licensure and office protocols.
- Maintain accurate, complete patient records and follow infection-control and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with dentists and team members to support efficient appointments and continuity of care.
- Provide attentive *customer service* and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 ? 15.0 per week
