RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent customer service to customers, by assisting and providing information, product knowledge.
- Maintain good knowledge of till and cash-related duties.
- Assist with sales in all departments as required Stock & display products to present a neat, clean, well-merchandised departments.
- Selling, loading and recording sales according to all regulations in all commodities.
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
- Housekeeping of facilities.
- Provide gas pump services Assist with inventory control, receiving & merchandising of products.
- Other duties as assigned.
- REQUIREMENTSHas a valid Class 5 Drivers License or higher.
- Obtain company provided training that includes, but is not limited to TDG, WHIMIS & Forklift Certification.
- Knowledge of hardware, Farm Center experience or farm background an asset.
- Strong computer skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team or independently.
- Physically able to do heavy lifting.
- Adhere to company loss prevention, security and safety policies and procedures.
- This position is classified as Safety Sensitive: Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment.
