You'll own product outcomes by building and prioritizing a transparent backlog, clarifying the problems that need to be solved and helping stakeholders understand trade-offs. Your work will span a diverse portfolio that may include HR platforms, employee devices, meeting-room technology, workplace tools and technology-enabled office initiatives. This senior role is well-suited to an organized, adaptable product owner who communicates in business-focused language, leads through influence and connects employee needs with practical technology delivery.
- What you'll doCreate, maintain and prioritize a transparent product backlog that supports corporate, divisional, operational and product goalsEngage stakeholders to understand needs and clarify the business problems to be solvedTranslate stakeholder needs into actionable work for product teamsUse data, business value and capacity information to evaluate competing prioritiesIdentify and communicate the trade-offs created by priority decisionsManage backlog items in JIRAOrganize work into Agile delivery units such as sprints or cyclesDevelop clear user stories and product specificationsDevelop wireframes, prototypes or business cases when they are needed to clarify the solutionDemonstrate new or changing functionality to stakeholdersGather feedback and use it to improve product outcomesContribute to the continuous improvement of Agile and product-delivery practices What you'll bring to the teamRequired qualifications:A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related disciplineAt least eight years of progressive experience in technology, product ownership, business analysis, project management or a related fieldMinimum four years of experience in a project management, lead analysis, product owner or similar delivery leadership role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Experience creating, maintaining and prioritizing an Agile product backlogExperience delivering technology solutions in complex business environmentsExperience translating business problems and stakeholder needs into clear product requirementsExperience managing backlog items in JIRA or a comparable work-management platformAbility to apply an Agile mindset to backlog management, refinement and delivery planningExperience refining work and organizing delivery into Agile units such as sprints or cyclesDemonstrated experience evaluating competing priorities using data, business value and delivery capacitySound judgment in making priority decisions and clearly communicating the rationaleProven skill in facilitating trade-off conversations with stakeholdersStrong stakeholder-influenc
