Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- 1. Visual inspect products prior to testing
- 2. Tests and identifies defective area(s) and inputs information into RMA repair database
- 3. Executes ECO upgrade
- 4. Follow supervisor's instruction and testing procedures
- 5. Adhere to standard testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality
- 6. Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- 7. Adhere to company and production department's policies and procedures
- 8. Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- 1. Vocation or college certificate or equivalent work experience
- 2. Basic knowledge of PC, System and Server operation and troubleshooting
- 3. Familiarity with Window or Linux
- 4. Ability to use diagnostic hand tools
- 5. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- 6. Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- 7. Strong work ethics
