Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- 1. Linux Server Daily Operations
- 2. Proxmox VE Cluster / Ceph Storage Operations
- 3. New Infrastructure Solution Evaluation and Implementation Support
- 4. Server Management / Infrastructure Operations
- 5. Basic Windows / Enterprise IT Operations Support Qualifications: Required Qualifications： Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Familiarity with Linux system operations, including OS patching, package management, service management, log review, user account management, SSH access, and basic troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with KVM / QEMU-based virtualization platforms, including VM provisioning, resource allocation, snapshot, backup, restore, and migration.
- Good understanding of virtualization or storage cluster architecture, including node roles, shared storage, high availability, and basic cluster troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including routing, firewall rules, and common network troubleshooting.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, enterprise infrastructure platforms such as Proxmox VE, Ceph, TrueNAS, internal patch repositories, and monitoring systems.
- Basic experience with Windows Server, Active Directory account / group management, and file server permission troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and ability to work with cross-functional IT teams.
- English communication ability in reading, and writing, including the ability to read technical documents, communicate with global teams or vendors
